Siren Brewing - Lucky DIPA

A super clean malt bill lets the hops do the talking here. Lucky DIPA glows radiantly and has a beautifully soft and full body. We used Mosaic Cryo powder in the whirlpool to drive stone fruit flavours, then a whopping 20g/l dry hop of Citra, Motueka and Vic Secret means that you’ll pick up the tropical and resinous aromas long before you lift the glass. There’s a well balanced sweetness and bitterness to keep the drinkability there. Get it while you can and drink fresh! (Zitat Siren Craft Brew)

Jackie O`s Pub & Brewery - Dark Apparition

Russian Imperial Stouts are one of brewmaster Brad Clark’s favorite styles of beer and Dark Apparition is without a doubt his favorite beer to brew. We stuff 2200 pounds of malt into our 20bbl mash tun and by the end of the mash, dark malts are spilling onto the brew house floor! Brad includes great flavors he admires in his favorite Russian Imperial Stouts like chocolate, coffee, roast, dark fruit, caramel, and some nice earthy/spicy hop character.
